Beechwood College Photography Competition

Beechwood College would like to invite your students to participate in a Nationwide Photography Competition!

The theme is "My Community"

What does your "community" mean to you?

Students can photograph anything; it may be something specific about the physical details of where you live or grew up, such as buildings or landmarks. Or it could be more about how you feel when you are in the right place. Community could be the people you live with, your friends or the strangers you don’t know.

Entrants must be aged between 11 to 19 and photographs must be submitted digitally by 12th February 2016.

There will be 3 judging categories:

  1. Landscape / Buildings
  2. Portraiture
  3. Still Life

The top winner of each category will have their photographs professionally printed and framed to hang in Beechwood College; their school will also receive a framed copy.

All schools will be invited to attend the resulting exhibition in Cardiff.

All photographs must be emailed to bethan.leaver@beechwoodcollege.co.uk

Photographs should be a minimum of 640 x 480 pixels.
