Mental Health and Wellbeing of Autistic Adults During Covid-19: a research study

The coronavirus outbreak has had a huge impact on all of our lives, but for autistic people it may present particular challenges.

Researchers at Cardiff University want to find out how restrictions like social distancing are affecting the mental health and wellbeing of autistic adults.

We hope this research will help services to support autistic adults during this difficult time.

Who can take part?

If you are aged 18 or over and living in the United Kingdom, Cardiff University would love to hear from you.

They would like to involve both autistic people, and people without an autism diagnosis, as they plan to compare answers from these two groups.

What do I need to do?

You will be sent a short online survey to fill out every two weeks for a period of three months.

Most of these surveys are very short and should only take 5 minutes to complete. The first survey is a bit longer and will take 20-30 minutes.
